1999 BMW M3-BBS-aFE-BC COILOVERS-UUC SYSTEM U-PRISTINE CONDITION!! - Price: 12500 in Hudson, Colorado

Up for sale is my awesome condition xxxx M3! I purchased it used in xxxx from a 60 year old woman lawyer who had taken meticulous care of it. At the time it only had 70k miles on it and it was bone stock. I have continued to keep this car in its perfect condition for the past year and a half. I drive 500 miles a week for work so now its up over 105k. These are all babied highway miles! I replaced the factory suspension with 30 way adjustable BC coilovers, Polyurathane rtab's, an aFE short ram intake, UUC system U exhaust and two-piece BBS RC 090 wheels with polished lips and gold faces. 
I have the factory airbox and factory wheels with Yokohama tires and the ride height can be adjusted back to stock if there are any purists interested. I also have new Blizzaks on Borbet wheels if you need a winter setup. So there are 3 sets of wheels and tires included with this M3.
The paint is in beautiful shape and has absolutely no rust what so ever! The undercarriage is undercoated to keep its longevity and that has no rust or corrosion either. I am only the second owner and this car has a CLEAN CARFAX! 
The tan leather interior is in exquisite shape for being 12 years old, the drivers seat has only a small amount of wear and the back seats look like they have never been sat in. I am a non-smoker as was the previous owner. There are positively no smoke smells or burns in this car! 
The engine runs perfect and sounds epic between 2.5k and 4k rpm! No leaks at all! Oil always changed with Mobil 1 15W50 and genuine BMW oil filters. 93 octane was always run no matter the price of fuel. The 5 speed manual is silky smooth and goes into gear flawlessly. This car handles like a race car in the twistys and is extremely easy to drive. The ride settings may be hard for some but the dampening can be adjusted MUCH softer than I have it set at. 
This car was never driven hard or raced...EVER. However this car is more than fast enough to get you into trouble!
This is a rare chance to own a part of BMW Motorsport History and this car will not disappoint! I am asking $12,500 as this is one of the nicest examples out there and these cars in this shape are rarer by the day! The only reason I am selling is that I want to get into an old school aircooled Porsche 911. This car has been super reliable and I would't be selling it if Porsche hadn't built the 911!
